Why do you work at OUTMemphis?: “As a young, Latino, gay man, OUTMemphis motivates me on a close and personal level. I work at OUTMemphis because the advocacy of LGBT communities is not only important to me, but is vital to many members of our Memphis community. I seek to join my team members in empowering minorities, especially men of color, and in challenging the societal barriers that have been placed upon us. Therefore, by working for an organization such as OUTMemphis, I am given the opportunity to powerfully impact the minority communities here in the Mid-South region, and be a voice for our people.”
