Community Thanksgiving Pot Luck

12:00p-3:00p:

Join us on Thanksgiving Day for a meal with your LGBTQ+ Family!

OUTMemphis has a tradition of hosting a community pot luck on Thanksgiving Day, and this year is no different. Some members of our community may be estranged from family, socially isolated, or otherwise would not have a place to celebrate this holiday. Even if you are celebrating with loved ones, we encourage you to stop by for a bite and say hello. We invite you to join us for a meal and connection, and you might even make some new friends and family!

This is a pot luck, and as such we highly encourage you to bring a food item to share. However, no one will be turned away for lack of contribution.

OUTMemphis will be providing meat options, some beverages, and a few side items. If you would like to bring a food or drink item to share, we highly encourage you to do so.

For more information, check out the Facebook event page.

FRIDAY 11/29

OUTMemphis will be closed.

SATURDAY 11/30

OUTMemphis will be closed.

SUNDAY 12/1

World AIDS Day

OUTMemphis is closed but our staff will be celebrating World AIDS Day at the Grand Opening of The Corner,  starting at 12:00p. The Corner is a new PrEP/PEP clinic operated by Friends For Life Corporation located at 806 S Cooper, just a few blocks down the street from OUTMemphis’s Community Center. They offer free PrEP and PEP, regardless of insurance or ability to pay. We hope to see you there!
