Natalie is a Metamorphosis Project Peer Advocate. As a Peer advocate, she primarily works at the Youth Emergency Center with LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness. Her role includes assisting the Director of the Metamorphosis Project and the Metamorphosis Project Case Manager with participant intake and services.  

Natalie is passionate about working in her own community. She has years of experience volunteering in Memphis and is proud to be working at OUTMemphis!  The mission and goals of OUTMempis align with her personal beliefs, so this is an ideal fit for her. She is excited to be a part of the important work being done by OUTMemphis for the LGBTQ+ community. Natalie hopes for a future where affirming support is universal.
