We’re expanding: OUTMemphis is hiring for four positions which are all available now at the links below. During this critical time of global distress for all intersections of the LGBTQ+ community, our work and the powerful staff members who do it could not be more important. Our brand new positions are structured to represent and uplift our trans, youth, seniors, and communities of color in direct, people-driven ways.

OUTMemphis seeks to hire staff that reflect the diversity and needs of our communities. Throughout 2020, OUTMemphis began a longterm process to improve equity, accountability, and diversity in our recruitment process.

Transgender people, non-binary people, intersex people, people of color, formerly incarcerated people, and people with disabilities are particularly encouraged to apply. The hiring and salary negotiation process are supervised by an intersectional committee of staff empowered to lessen bias in hiring or compensation. All OUTMemphis roles entail a six month probation period and appraisal.
