Are you ready to Come Out… Again?! After almost three years, the biggest Pride party in the Mid-South is back! Kick-off this year’s Pride festivities at Vol. 10 of Friends For Life’s Big Gay Dance Party on Friday, June 3rd from 8 p.m. to midnight at Crosstown Theater, with after parties to follow!
Developed in partnership with Mid-South Pride, this 10th installment of Big Gay Dance Party will be the official kickoff party for Memphis Pride Fest 2022, connecting our community and supporting the mission of Friends for Life: to prevent the spread of HIV and help those affected by HIV/AIDS live well.
Attendees can expect an action-packed night of music, dancing, drinks, and a safe, inclusive environment to be their true selves. Friends For Life will provide free HIV testing at the party through its free PEP/PrEP clinic, The Corner. Irresistible dance beats will be provided by the fun and lively DJ A.D. with additional entertainment by QCG Productions.
Afterparties start after midnight in partnership with local LGBTQIA+ businesses Dru’s Bar and The Pumping Station. Show your BGDP wristband (still attached, 21 and over) for a complimentary drink!
