Join the team at Cooper for a weekly mindfulness workshop with Minassa G! Every Wednesday throughout the month of August, from 6-7 PM, we will be practicing compassion, affirmation, meditation, and light exercise/breath work.
This series is free and open to the public! Come late or leave early. Please wear masks upon arrival!
