Registering to Vote

You may also register when you apply or renew your Tennessee driver’s license or ID card at any DMV location. If you have a Tennessee driver’s license or ID card, you may register online.

If you prefer, you may download a form from the Shelby County Election Commission website and fill it out.

Change of address forms may be emailed or faxed but new voter registration must be done online or by mailing a paper form. If you are looking for a paper form to mail, drop by OUTMemphis or print it from the Election Commission website.
