We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us in creating space for real conversations during during day 1 of the Southern Trans Celebration at Crowned in Color Trans Summit. Your voices, your stories, and your honesty gave life to this inaugural Trans Pride gathering. By sharing your feedback on services, policies, unmet needs, and future hopes, you’ve helped lay the foundation for change that centers our community. Thank you for showing up and reminding us that together, our voices are powerful.

This celebration would not have been possible without the beauty, brilliance, and leadership of trans people of color, especially our Black and Brown trans siblings. Thank you for bringing your light, your resilience, and your vision into this space. You have filled it with healing, joy, and strategy for a brighter future. Your presence affirms that we are stronger when we lead and dream together.

Southern Trans Celebration: Crowned in Color, Trans Advocacy Day, and The People’s Picnic is a reflection of you. Thank you for reminding us that our identities are not only valid—they are regal. Because of you, this space radiated vibrancy, power, and resilience. We are honored to celebrate your joy, leadership, and cultural expression, and to witness how these continue to be our greatest tools for liberation and healing.
