STRESSED Backwards is DESSERTS is The Youth Empowerment Center's Group Therapy, providing support for LGBTQ+ youth 18-24 through life & social transitions. Led by Meghan Paige, LPC, NCC of Rooted in Memphis Counseling. β
Continuously Rising Over Systemic Stigma or C.R.O.S.S. is a support group for trans masc and male-identifying individuals. Through shared experiences, dialogue, and access to daily essentials, C.R.O.S.S. helps men rise over systemic stigma, build brotherhood, and thrive in their full authenticity.

A skill-building workshop focused on important life skills for a healthy adult life. Hacks range from budgeting and resume building to sexual health and self-defense. Join us if you are wanting an educational opportunity to help people build skills that will sustain independent living and help youth better navigate the adult world.

Struggling with schoolwork? Join us for Homework Support, a bi-monthly group designed to help LGBTQ+ youth ages 12β17 stay on track and feel confident in the classroom. Whether you need help with an assignment, want a quiet space to study, or just need encouragement from supportive peers and staff.

Join us for a powerful afternoon of community, conversation, and awareness as we host a Backyard Film Screening of Heightened Scrutiny.
Bringing our community together to learn, reflect, and organize around the urgent threats facing transgender rights and bodily autonomy across the country. We especially welcome our LGBTQIA+ community, trans youth, Black, Brown, and Indigenous trans people, trans men, and allies who believe in protecting the dignity and freedom of all people.
Game Night at the Youth Empowerment Center is every 4th Friday of the month, alternating between board games and video games. Games are chosen based on attendee desires, so youβll always havea say!

Family Day is all about coming together, sharing food, playing games, and connecting with our PRYSM Care Navigator and staff while getting the latest updates on services and support.
