OUTMemphis does Black Trans Advocacy Conference 2025
For the past three years, OUTMemphis has proudly supported the advancement of Black transgender and non-binary individuals by sponsoring their participation in the Black Trans Advocacy Conference (BTAC) in Dallas, Texas.
This transformative conference equips emerging leaders with the tools and training to thrive in advocacy and collaborative community work through impactful programs such as 'Empowering Her, Him, and Them'.
This year, we proudly embraced the theme: “Redefining Our Resilience: I Am UnErasable.” This powerful message set the tone for a 5-day experience rooted in education, advocacy, and celebration.
Joined by over 500 participants from across the country, we came together to advance Black Trans Equality and affirm that our stories, our strength, and our existence are invaluable.
