Restricted public access to Christ Community Health Service clinic patients only.  Clothing ministry temporarily closed, but food pantry clients will continue to be served through a “drive-thru” mobile pantry lane at 1325 Jefferson Ave, from 9:00am – 12:00pm Mon-Thu. Daily meal bags will also remain available from a designated station on our campus as well beginning at 9:00am Mon-Thu. 3/15/2020

Trans Services and Information

Shelby County Court has suspended name change services indefinitely throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Choices is still seeing existing clients. They are not accepting new Trans clients.

Hormone Affordability most local pharmacies participate with GoodRX, bringing hormone costs down to $40 or less.
