Come get flexy to stay sexy! Midday Meditations offers a safe and supportive space to reconnect with yourself, reset your nervous system, and rejuvenate your spirit. Whether you’re seeking peace, presence, or just a midweek recharge, this session is designed to ground and energize you.
Caregiver Support Group
The Caregiver's Support Group is a place for caregivers of LGBTQ+ children of any age to gather in a supportive environment to discuss issues they and their children face with like minded individuals facilitated by Jerrika Henderson, a local therapist.

We will be offering incentivized HIV/HepC testing, as well as distributing hygiene kits, summer/fall apparel, contraceptives/Plan B, and harm reduction supplies to participants ages 18 and older.
